Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collect and summarize IP laws, news, and cases in English.
- Support the preparation of evidence and documents as needed.
- Assist with the department's newsletter.
- Manage employee expense claims and outsourcing expense payments.
- Purchase office supplies upon request.
- Handle mail and magazine pickups.
- Support team events.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Ability to work three days a week for 4-6 months.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A major in law is preferred.
- Knowledge of IP is a plus.
