Your role

Job Responsibilities:

Organize Events:

  • Maintain the CBS Training management platform for class assignments, learning history, etc.
  • Support Training & Workshop preparation, administration and catering
  • Promote and communicate the CBS activities on different channels

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze CBS KPIs and track the project status
  • Analyze and report CBS data (CBS project database, Training management platform)
  • Communicate with local coach for regular updates (English required)
  • Support CBS meetings/workshops/projects

Projects Management:

  • Supporting CBS Strategic projects
  • Leading continuous improvement projects (eg: Standard Work, Visual Management, 5S, etc.)

Team Administration:

  • Tasks and support from team head/team
  • Purchase and place orders for the department
  • Etc.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

  • Degree: Bachelor or Master
  • Major: Industrial Engineer/Business Administration/English
  • Specialty: Excellent command of English in Reading, Writing, and Speaking
  • Can proficiently use Microsoft Office tools, Power BI is preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility

Training & development

During an internship lasting several months, students work full-time for the company. The focus of the internship is on the learning effect for students in the context of career orientation. Interns are directly integrated into the work structures and perform a variety of tasks and exciting challenges within international project teams. This gives them authentic insights into their work and enables them to acquire valuable key competencies. After completing the internship, interns often leave Continental with a large network or entry opportunities. Note that this internship has at least 3 days of work per week lasting at least 6 months and the job starts at 9:30 in the morning and ends at 5:30 in the afternoon.
