Contract Law and Advertising Law by:

• Legal Search:
  • Complete the search for simple legal issues according to the requirements of colleagues in the legal department, and draw preliminary conclusions
• Assist in reviewing contracts, power of attorney, and other legal documents
• Assist in drafting simple legal documents, such as contracts or other legal documents
• Assist in the review of cosmetics and other brand advertisements and product claims
• Assist in communicating with various brands and business departments, and answer inquiries related to legal affairs
• Chinese-English translation or proofreading translation
• Work with external parties, such as translation agencies, lawyers, etc., to complete legal-related tasks
• Assist in other auxiliary work of the legal department and other matters assigned by colleagues, such as filing, signing, and sealing

About you

Requirements:          

• Undergraduate or graduate students in law or law majors (student status is required):
  • Junior, first, and second years are preferred
• Have a good legal foundation and teamwork ability, and be able to complete the assigned tasks meticulously and conscientiously
• On-site office 3 days per week, plus remote office for 1 or 2 days are acceptable, and the commitment to the internship period can reach 6 months is preferred
• Those who have passed the legal qualification examination are preferred
• Internship experience in multinational corporations or law firms is preferred
