Your Role

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Global furniture order and tracking
• Global machine order and tracking
• All devices and software installation techniques issue follow-up
• Fragrance brands PM/TM design of Greater China
• Maintenance follow up
• Material sample deployment and matching result follow-up
• Daily paperwork and reports
• Video order from global based on each new launch for GUCCI
• Raise vendor’s quotation in the system and PO# tracking
• Ad hoc assignment from line manager

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
• Can work 3-5days/week, 6 months internship prefer
• Proficient in using various office software, especially EXCEL, WORD, and PPT
• Positive and strong learning ability
