What you'll do:
Assist in the production of dealer performance evaluation reports (Scorecards), including the score statistics of various assessments, the production of analysis reports, etc. (twice a year):
Discuss with the application team for the application of technical ability scores
Serviceability scores and document collation
Complete the production in early July and mid-January each year, and assist in releasing them to internal colleagues
Participate in channel projects, assist project managers in analyzing data, making reports, etc
Assist in editing and publishing the semi-annual magazine of the distributor (published twice a year):
Interns collect and collect manuscripts, and complete the collection of manuscripts before March 19 and September 19 every year
Interns can refer to the format of the previous two issues and use Publisher for editing
Assist in the organization of conferences and training, and cooperate with conference organizers:
Dealer training support
Daily management and maintenance of DingTalk/Cloud Academy-online training platform
Dealer offline training: assist in organizing and preparing basic power training and application engineering training
Dealer conference support
Maintain and organize the dealer information table:
Dealer information file storage, file information management
After each update of the file, pay attention to updating the date in the file name. For example, the date in the file name (2019Dealer Contact Update-20190102) needs to be updated to the last change date
Assist dealers in the development of authorization work:
make agreement texts, certificates, and authorization plates according to the existing templates
Daily work support for other channels
About you
What you bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business English/Management, and Economic Management
Good at data analysis, and making analysis reports by summarizing and making analysis reports
Be able to guarantee at least 4 months of internship time in the office three days a week
Good communication skills, good at communicating with internal and external customers
Proficient in Excel, PPT, and other office software
For data analysis, good PPT production experience is preferred
Experience in channel management, dealer training, etc. is preferred (e.g. operation, familiarity with the use of online network training)
