Your Role

Responsibilities of an Electronic Systems Product Engineer include:

• Investigating and resolving electronic application and system problems with guidance from senior team members.
• Supporting the enhancement of development processes and tools, including system specification, modeling, simulation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Using simulation, calibration, and maintenance tools effectively.
• Gathering input from customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to inform quality product decisions.
• Making design, calibration, and testing decisions that impact system performance and quality.
• Resolving issues in moderately complex components, systems, and subsystems, with increasing technical complexity over time.
• Executing established processes independently while contributing to process improvement.
• Coordinating and directing work among technicians or temporary staff as needed.
• Contributing to team goals and developing key competencies for role success.

About You

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.
• Post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

• Entry-level/Early career professional. Preferred candidates would have relevant experience working in either a temporary student employment environment (intern, co-op, or other extracurricular team activities) or as an early career professional in a relevant technical discipline area. Knowledge of MS Office tools is also preferred.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with embedded control system design and application.
• Familiar with the theory of power generation and its application.
• Rich knowledge of electrical hardware and electronic controls system hardware and software
• Support power generator product development for the global market.
