Help to fill, organize and systematize all legal documentation kept by EA ABO legal department, including but not limited to entity establishment documents
IPR-related information filing, organizing, and systematization, such as the information of registered domain name and trademark, and extension work; help to check with CTO re the relevant application or inquiries
Archiving, organizing, and classifying intellectual property-related information, such as registered trademarks, trademark extensions, and domain name renewal information
Involving Company Chop management, helping with Chop & Certificate usage, and file management
Participate in company seal management, assist with seal stamping and document inquiry, etc.
Helping with compliance with routine legal and administration works of legal departments, such as document preparation for AIC registration and document copying and filing of company chop usage records
Assist the Legal Department in daily legal and administrative work, such as preparation of documents related to industrial and commercial registration, photocopying of documents, classification and sorting of company seal usage records, payment applications, etc.
Helping with managing online shared information, such as information upload, information updating
About You
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, passed College English Level 6 exam
Proficient in using Word, Excel & PowerPoint; other office software, etc.
Good teamwork skills
Can work for at least 4 months, four days a week
