What you'll do:

• Be responsible for Project document maintenance and support PMO on project daily tracking:
  • Collaborate with PMs to update project documents
  • Collect project schedules and resource planning from PMs
  • Assist PMO manager to centralize project info to project tool
  • Regular check project documents and info

• Active thinking, proactive, conscientious, and responsible
• Good at external communication
• Proficient in reading and writing English
• Ability to write press releases
• Master document editing applications: Word, PPT, etc
