Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist in designing and managing team activities and workshops.
- Write newsletters in both Chinese and English, with a strong emphasis on English.
- Support the Data Lake Maintenance team by managing user requests.
- Aid the Data Lake PMO team in managing project and product documentation.
- Maintain Yammer Community and Teams Collaboration Groups by sending news updates, answering questions, and collecting feedback from the core team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be proactive, conscientious, and responsible.
- Excel in external communication.
- Be proficient in reading and writing English.
- Have the ability to write news releases.
- Master document editing applications like Word and PowerPoint.
