Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the team in delivering high-quality projects, including actuarial audit support, embedded value evaluation, IFRS 17 implementation, capital management, actuarial model development, and due diligence.
- Assist in preparing bidding and marketing materials.
- Contribute to internal research, marketing, and product development.
- Build an understanding of Deloitte's purpose and values, and explore opportunities for impact.
- Demonstrate commitment to personal learning and development.
- Develop effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enhance expertise in process analysis and design.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, economics, physics, or chemistry.
- 0-2 years of experience in the insurance field.
- A strong background in actuarial science, statistics, and data analytics.
- Commitment to obtaining fellowship qualification from an internationally recognized actuarial organization.
- Good progress in actuarial examinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and ideally in Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and team-playing skills.
