CGO support intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Chief Growth Office manager to drive and implement key client initiatives
• Support key talent initiatives to grow and develop client and market leaders/ staff
• Responsible for data analysis, report/content development, and operational support
• Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to provide project management coordination during the execution of projects
• Support around leadership development and performance management life cycle

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications

• Have strong proficiency in English, with fluency in Mandarin
• Penultimate-year undergraduates in any discipline, graduating in one or two years
• Background/ interests around organizational behavior and change management
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to learn quickly and grow
• Good teamwork and project management skills
• Attentive to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Strong technical skills, especially around Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good at consolidating and summarizing information into presentation format with minimal guidance
• Able to work under pressure with high flexibility and meet tight deadlines
• Candidates with lesser qualifications but more experience may also be considered

Moreover, note that this internship has a part-time basis of 4- 5 days per week.
