Job Content:

• Interview and research: Interview industry experts on special issues, dig out and condense information points, and produce interview reports
• Logic combing: Output business needs, data processing, and analysis logic into reports and documents in the form of PPT/Word/Excel.
• Data analysis: Use computer languages ​​or tools (SQL/Excel, etc.) to conduct data exploration, processing, analysis, and hypothesis verification
• Modeling and design: Assist in the modeling and design of participation indicators
• Prototype design: Use tools such as Visio/Axure/Tableau to design visual prototypes and demos, and write output requirements, designs, and other documents
• Implementation acceptance: Communicate and collaborate with the technical team during the implementation of the specific platform, and develop and test in the entire project life cycle to ensure the accuracy of the data
• PMO: Assist the team in coordination, communication, organization, reporting, and other related work tasks at all stages of the project

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Those with a clear intention of long-term internship/retention are preferred
• Active work, strong execution, responsibility, a certain degree of stress resistance, and a strong desire and awareness to improve oneself through learning
• Must be proficient in PPT/Excel, have excellent logical thinking ability and certain data processing ability, and those who are proficient in SQL and Axure are preferred
• Grade requirements: Undergraduate junior, senior, graduate; no limit on majors, computer, information management, business analysis, statistics, and other majors are preferred; those with relevant internship experience in data analysis, digital consulting industry, etc. are preferred

Working Time and Location:

• Internship for more than 4 months, 5 days a week
• Work location: On-site in Tongzhou, Beijing
