Your role

Job responsibilities:

Team Background:

• Against the background of digital transformation, the consulting service industry is also changing. Deloitte Wind Yu is based on the positioning of "data-driven investor services" and provides risk control and investment solutions to investors across the market through in-depth analysis and mining of various types of data. Deloitte Fengyu adopts a two-wheel drive service model of "consulting + products".
• On the one hand, it provides customers with customized comprehensive solutions of consulting + data + system through consulting services. On the other hand, it is based on the team's understanding of market needs and pain points. Deeply understand and implement standardized services in the form of products through SaaS, data services, etc.
• Deloitte Venture conducts credit mining on various financial assets and market participants and currently focuses on the following areas:
  • Early warning of bond defaults
  • Identification of financial report fraud of listed companies
  • Analysis of industry ratings and industry prosperity
  • Quantitative analysis of industry policies
  • Early warning of stock plunge risks
  • Special research on urban investment
  • Real estate, banking, and other industries, ESG models and data services, and other fields

Work content:

• Assist analysts in conducting industry analysis and research
• Collect and organize industry data
• Write business requirements and test system functions

About you

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majors in mathematical statistics, mathematics, database, computer, business analysis, risk management, etc. are preferred
• Have a strong interest in credit risk analysis or financial data processing; be very sensitive to data, rigorous, careful, and have meticulous logical thinking
• Be familiar with the public disclosure reports of domestic listed and bond-issuing companies, have a basic understanding of finance and financial data, or have solid financial analysis capabilities, understand the basic financial analysis framework, be familiar with the accounting entries and financial processing methods corresponding to the basic business activities of the company, and understand the characteristics of financial analysis in different industries.
• Have a strong interest in the field of consulting digital transformation, strong logical thinking and fast learning ability, strong stress resistance and multi-task ability, and good communication and teamwork ability.

Bonus:

• It is not necessary to have relevant experience in financial data terminals (Wind, Tonghuashun, DM, etc.), financial information systems, and data visualization tools
• Have programming skills in one or more languages ​​such as Python, Matlab, SAS, R, etc., and have experience in quantitative modeling projects is preferred
• CFA/FRM/ACCA passed or in the exam is preferred.
