Your role

Job Responsibilities: 

Project Content:

• Design of business process for digital marketing customer operations
• Design, implementation, and promotion of supporting systems and products for digital marketing (To B/C)

Work Content:

• Business Interviews & Demand Sorting: Participate in interviews and communications with the business side, and output interview minutes; assist in sorting out business needs, analyze demand change points, and integrate business requirements documents
• Business Design: Assist in sorting out and designing customer operation scenarios and process nodes, and produce flow charts and other related documents
• System Design: Design system functions and products based on business processes, and produce product design documents and product prototypes;
• Implementation Acceptance: Collaborate with the technical team during the implementation of the system to carry out development and testing to ensure functional availability
• System Operation: Participate in the later promotion and operation of the system, produce user manuals, training guides, and other promotion materials, and simultaneously support promotion and training
• Other Support: Support work on process management, communication reporting, consulting solutions, etc

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Must be proficient in PPT/Excel/Word/Visio, have excellent logical analysis skills and certain data analysis and visualization skills; those who are proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma are preferred
• Have excellent Chinese and English communication skills, written expression skills, be proactive in work, have strong execution, have a sense of responsibility and certain stress resistance, and have a strong desire and awareness to improve oneself through learning
• Those who have a clear intention to stay, or have participated in product design and implementation, and have internship experience in the digital consulting industry are preferred
• Grade requirements: Undergraduate junior, senior, graduate student, no major restrictions
