Business Advisory Service - Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

• Conduct legal research on foreign investment in various industries in China.
• Assist in the incorporation, alteration, and de-registration of Foreign Invested Enterprises under the guidance of a Senior Associate.
• Liaise with governmental authorities to understand local policies and practices.
• Provide advisory services on foreign direct investment, including labor and contract issues, under supervision.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

About You

• Possess solid legal knowledge, especially in corporate and foreign investment laws.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Major in law, with preference for candidates with law firm internship experience and those available for full-time internships.
