Your Role

• Responsible for the filing and safekeeping of financial documents, such as accounting vouchers and financial statements.
• Assist the ERP core team with data collection, review, and input for overseas office implementations.
• Support staff with travel and expense reimbursements.
• Aid the Senior Internal Accountant in preparing journal entries using ERP and K3 software.
• Perform legwork for tax filing and bank payments.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by the company.

About You

• Possess good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Majoring in accounting or financial management.
• Interested in accounting, tax, and ERP systems.
• A university student is available to work at least 3-4 days a week.
• Diligent and eager to learn.
• Internship duration is 3-6 months.
