Your role

Job Description:

• Contact domestic customers and domestic and foreign agents to arrange air export business-related matters and subsequent system operations
• Coordinate with relevant departments including overseas departments to solve problems in cargo transportation
• Handle customer issues and complaints
• Complete other work assigned by the supervisor or department manager

About you

Job requirements:

• A college degree or above, a major in logistics or international trade is preferred
• Have a certain level of English reading and writing skills, CET-4 or above is preferred, and can conduct general English oral communication
• Master the use of computer office software, EXCEL, WORD, etc.
• Be conscientious and meticulous, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a team spirit, and have good communication and time management skills
• Accept a 3-6 month internship arrangement, and work at least 3 days a week or more
