Your role
Main job description:
Enter system data according to the transport documents and requirements provided by each branch station
Strictly abide by standard operating procedures and KPI requirements to ensure accurate and timely data entry
Maintain good communication with the branch and report to the supervisor promptly when discovering that the branch is not providing relevant data and information in a standardized manner
System data entry and daily maintenance of air cargo logistics documents
Follow DHL's internal standard operating procedures
Responsible for maintaining daily contact and communication with DHL companies in different countries and regions served
Check and organize customs declaration documents and transportation documents
Report and handle any abnormal conditions in process operation in a timely manner
Generation and analysis of business statements and reports
Participate in company and department process improvement projects

About you
Job requirements:
College degree or above, regardless of major, but it is best to have basic knowledge of international trade or logistics; if you have relevant work experience, the academic qualification requirement can be appropriately relaxed
Have a certain level of English reading and writing
Proficient in Office software and fast typing speed
Ability to work with high quality and high efficiency, and a sense of responsibility
Be able to accept shift work and withstand certain work pressure
