Your role

Job Responsibilities of the Receivables Group:

  • Accurately complete the posting and clearing of the corresponding expense details in the system within the specified time
  • Timely sort out the outstanding amount and communicate with the front end to obtain payment details
  • Reconcile the accounts to ensure that the amount handled is consistent with the actual amount
  • Complete other monthly settlement tasks that may be assigned
  • Cooperate with account checking and other random tasks
  • Ensure that special accounting treatments are completed within the compliance framework

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
  • Good customer communication skills, sense of responsibility, and customer service awareness
  • Highly sensitive to financial data
  • Strong learning ability, logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and good stress resistance
  • Proficient in using Excel and other office software
  • Standard Mandarin and fluent English are preferred
  • Applicants with majors in English, logistics, foreign trade, and finance will be considered
  • College degree or above, graduating in 2025
