Your role

Job Responsibilities of the Coping Group:

  • Complete invoice review and invoice data entry within the specified time, and record it in the corresponding account according to SOP. Process payment business according to customer and SOP requirements.
  • Maintain good communication with applicants, customers, and other relevant departments to resolve discrepancies such as invoices/payment applications, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of payables.
  • Regularly check accounts receivable with suppliers, make corresponding accounting treatments for accounts receivable with differences, and ensure that the accounts receivable with suppliers are correct.
  • Complete the monthly settlement tasks of the payable module on time, provide various adjustment materials and monthly settlement-related data, pay attention to abnormalities, and provide timely feedback. 

About you

  • Attentive, study the numbers very carefully
  • Good communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and customer service awareness
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word, and other office software
  • Strong learning ability, good problem-solving ability, and stress resistance
  • BPO/SSC experience is preferred
  • Graduates in 2025
