Complete invoice review and invoice data entry within the specified time, and record it in the corresponding account according to SOP. Process payment business according to customer and SOP requirements.
Maintain good communication with applicants, customers, and other relevant departments to resolve discrepancies such as invoices/payment applications, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of payables.
Regularly check accounts receivable with suppliers, make corresponding accounting treatments for accounts receivable with differences, and ensure that the accounts receivable with suppliers are correct.
Complete the monthly settlement tasks of the payable module on time, provide various adjustment materials and monthly settlement-related data, pay attention to abnormalities, and provide timely feedback.
