Your Role

Job Description:

• Contact domestic customers and domestic and foreign agents to arrange matters related to ocean shipping export business and subsequent system operations
• Coordinate with relevant departments including overseas departments to solve problems in cargo transportation
• Handle customer issues and complaints
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or department manager

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• A college degree or above, a major in logistics or international trade is preferred
• Have a certain level of English reading and writing skills, CET-4 or above is preferred, and can conduct general English oral communication
• Master the use of computer office software, EXCEL, WORD, etc.;
• Careful, responsible, team-spirited, with good communication and time management skills
• Accept a 3-6 month internship arrangement and work at least 3 days a week
• No accommodation is provided. Can make your own arrangements.
