Submit relevant documents to colleagues at the Document Center to prepare a draft bill of lading
Create a master draft in the relevant system
Communicate with colleagues in related departments to ensure the accuracy of document information
Send forecast according to standard procedures
Billing customers
Check supplier bills
Check the customer's payment status and send the bill of lading
Check and respond to daily operation reports

About you
To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
College degree or above, graduating in 2025, full-time internship in the last academic year
Ability to read and write English emails
Ability to independently use computers and related office software to complete daily document work
Excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and clear organization
Strong sense of time and service awareness
Have a sense of teamwork and be able to obey the company's work assignments and arrangements
