Your role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter necessary information into relevant systems based on the information provided by the guest
  • Submit relevant documents to colleagues at the Document Center to prepare a draft bill of lading
  • Create a master draft in the relevant system
  • Communicate with colleagues in related departments to ensure the accuracy of document information
  • Send forecast according to standard procedures
  • Billing customers
  • Check supplier bills
  • Check the customer's payment status and send the bill of lading
  • Check and respond to daily operation reports
  • (Electronic) Document Filing and Processing

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • College degree or above, graduating in 2025, full-time internship in the last academic year
  • Ability to read and write English emails
  • Ability to independently use computers and related office software to complete daily document work
  • Excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and clear organization
  • Strong sense of time and service awareness
  • Have a sense of teamwork and be able to obey the company's work assignments and arrangements
