Your Role

Job Description:

  • Assist the International Shipping Department in handling related business work
  • Contact domestic customers and overseas agents, arrange matters related to the import and export of goods and subsequent system operations
  • Coordinate with relevant departments including overseas departments to solve problems in cargo transportation
  • Operation and processing of relevant documents, handling of customer issues and complaints

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

  • Students studying at college level or above, regardless of major
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in using computer office software, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Be proactive in work and have good communication skills and team spirit
