Accounts Payable Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate internal/external meetings, maintain files, and make meeting minutes
• Assist in AP invoice auditing, posting, and archiving
• Keep records for auditing needs
• Gather data to assist analysts as required
• Other projects as assigned

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

Education:

• Full-time university students with a major in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT
• Proficient language skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written
• Eager to learn and work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
