Your role

Job Description:

  • Basic admin support for the HRBP team:
    • Arrange meetings and logistic support
    • Internal Meeting Minutes
    • T&E management
    • Raising PO and invoice checking & submission when needed
  • Data analysis:
    • Support to consolidate diversified data for analysis, evaluation and provide people insights, include:
    • Manage regular employee headcount report
    • Employee data dashboard maintenance
    • Employee data analysis for opening HCs, hiring status tracking, departure, turnover, etc.
  • Manage HR projects:
    • Support on training delivery, workshops, employee activities support related to HR function or business functions
    • Support China HR projects or activities, including online/onsite events, employee relations, and HR process improvement
    • Support HRBP-related spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
    • Support HR leader on HR and other tools and systems
  • Support HR communication:
    • Partner with HR team members in HRBP function and COE teams to drive alignment of HR programs
    • Communicate effectively with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns
    • Circulate HR-related documents and collect responses.
  • Provide other ad hoc support if needed

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

  • Studying for a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another related field preferred
  • Can work at least 3 days per week
  • Strong communication skills both in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Flexible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Professional and proactive service attitude with strong learning capability
  • An enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work under high-pressure
  • Able to handle confidential information -high level of personal integrity
