Search Development Intern null

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Building distributed search clusters in multi-scenarios and multi-language that can handle millions of international search requests.
• Building search core API as well as multi-functional services: related search/ query correction/ scenario based partition. 
• Advocating engineering best practices, including design patterns, code review and automated unit/functional testing
• Building monitoring and alerts to track cluster status and service performance
• Help build and maintain the search service platform

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Familiar with Java, in-depth understanding of Web services and storage systems; Web front-end experience is a plus
• Experience with the following technologies and applications is a plus but not required: ElasticSearch, Lucene, NLP, ML
• Independent, passionate about technology, willing to accept challenges, good at communication
