Your role
As a Shanghai Disney Resort Cast Member, you'll work to create magical experiences for guests.
As a full-time park operations intern, you will ensure the smooth and safe operation of the park in different work areas such as the main entrance, visitor service center, amusement facilities, and outdoor performance sites.
As a full-time intern in catering operations, you will work in various restaurants and outdoor catering retail locations in Shanghai Disneyland and hotels, and work with the team to create high-quality catering services.
As a full-time merchandise operation intern, you will work with them to welcome tourists, actively and friendly communicate with tourists according to tourist service standards, and assist them in choosing their favorite products. On the other hand, you will also be involved in the management, allocation, warehousing, and logistics of goods.
As a full-time hotel operations intern, you will provide guests staying in the hotel with a fast and efficient onboarding process, warm and thoughtful guest services, clean and warm room layout, and timely and thoughtful hotline services.
As a full-time Disney Town Operations intern, you will work with them to provide consultation and guidance services to tourists in Disney Town and assist in organizing activities.
As a full-time entertainment intern, you will have the opportunity to work with Disney friends. On the other hand, you may also be responsible for providing professional costume services to the cast and crew of Shanghai Disney Resort to ensure the smooth running of daily entertainment performances.
Training & development
During this wonderful journey, you will get to know a group of cast members from all over the world. Through on-the-job practice and exclusive personal development training courses, you will learn how to create guest services with Disney characteristics and master the communication skills to deal with various communication scenarios. Improve your problem-solving and teamwork skills, accumulate rich interpersonal experience, and achieve rapid growth on this international platform.

About you
Requirements to be eligible for this position:
Be willing to create happiness for tourists, treat tourists politely, be good at communication, and be able to proactively solve problems for tourists.
Guaranteed continuous internship period of 6 months or more, accepting different shift arrangements.
Able to adapt to different working environments both indoors and outdoors.
Students who are 18 years old or above and have a college degree or above, regardless of major.
Possess fluent communication skills in Mandarin.
