Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

To provide project support to APAC Talent Intelligence, including the key responsibilities and deliverables as below: (70%)

• Collaborate with the TA team in different markets of APAC to conduct research in the talent market
• Data analysis based on the research from the regional and global Sourcing
• Support creates research templates and ensures that all the information collected is engaging and updated
• Responsible for the creativeness of report templates and the UX/UI
• Collect and Maintain TA weekly updates, including projects, Recruitments, and Talent News
• Logistics support: incl. registrations/outlook calendar invites, technical support, PO and payment, etc.

To support talent sourcing for the China TA team and other TA projects in China: (30%)

• China WeChat recruitment marketing content supports
• Team meeting collaboration and follow-up coordination
• Candidate sourcing assistance to TA managers as needed

• Team player with strong communication skills

Language and Skillset

• Excellent in English
• MS Office efficiency: Proficient/fast learner in MS Office (PPT, Excel, and design tools), ie Photoshop, Powerpoint, etc. Keynote and Pages master user is a plus
• Data analytical skill: Proficient and able to provide insights via market research information from across the resources and make sound judgments into insights
