Good on child care/parental leave. Unclear regarding the other policies. Not a particularly diverse firm in terms of ethnicity and LGBT, but that is the norm for many law firms.

Majority of our graduates over recent years have been women! However, I think better efforts to diversify our workforce in respect of ethnicity could be made.

The firm has a high number of women, including amongst the partnership. The firm has good racial diversity but still predominately NZ-European.

My company has made improvements in this area although there is an aspect of it which seems like tokenism I think that there is growing diversity with women in senior positions but there is still a way to go. There is very little diversity of ethnic minorities and this could be improved.
