• Be responsible for Digital Hardware design work in the CCC Hardware Development Project.

Full-time conversion is not guaranteed for interns but can be the final result for interns who perform very well. Before starting the conversion process, it is important to understand the following steps.

• Intern discusses long-term interest with his/her manager
• The manager seeks approval to enter requisition
• Requisition goes through the approval chain
• Once the Requisition is approved, the recruiter and manager discuss the offer details
• A full-time offer is made to intern

About you

You will bring:

• Master or above degree and major in electrical engineering and related fields.
• Enthusiastic about AI with a reasonable level of understanding and willingness to engage in in-depth learning in this field.
• Proficiency in Python, Implement AI research for digital test data process  (eg high-speed link tuning, log analysis)   
• Engage in technical research, feasibility analysis, system, process structure design, and optimization.
• Good communication skills, fluent spoken and written English skills
• Ability to quick learner with a passion for new technology development
• More than 3 working days per week working in the office and last for no less than 3 months

Good to have:

• Practical experience with HW test
• Digital design knowledge with related project experience
• Experience in the use of lab equipment such as oscilloscope scopes, etc. 
• Experience using ChatGPT and a certain level of understanding about it.

Internship acceptance criteria:

• Current students - Students must graduate on or after the end date of the term
• Able to complete required hours - 20 hours during school year, 40 hours during summer
• Must qualify for hire - Must qualify for hire post-graduation
• 3.0 GPA - Slight exceptions with manager approval
