Job Description:
Ericsson is now looking for a Radio Performance Verification developer located in RPCN IVC. This role is focused on radio & baseband product integration and HW performance verification at the module and node level, including radio conductive and OTA parts.
Job Responsibilities:
Radio & BB product integration, verification is your main responsibility
Remote Radio, Massive MIMO, and new feature/function radio performance test in different RATs (NR/LTE/WCDMA/GSM)
Setup test environment and implement test cases
Passive/Active antenna performance test
Product TRs troubleshooting and debugging
Analyze test results and generate a test report
About you
To apply for this position, you need to have the following eligibilities:
Master's degree or equivalent experience, major in telecommunication, electronics and other related areas
Solid RF knowledge and instruments
Good understanding of wireless telecommunication technology such as MIMO, Beamforming, etc.
Experience with antenna, anechoic chamber, or OTA test is encouraged
Excellent hands-on skills in RF System verification, especially in the RF performance measurement area for RBS is a plus
Good knowledge about Radio performance qualification theory, methods, and related HW/SW tools such as Labview (Java, python) for automation, or Instruments such as SA, SG, NWA
Strong experience with wireless communication systems such as GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS, FDD&TDD LTE, NR, etc. including the corresponding system level specifications (e.g. ETSI, 3GPP 51, 25, 36, 37, 38 series)
