Local Master Data Administrator - Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

About this opportunity:

Maintain/manage assigned Master Data work and support users for master data problems to achieve operational excellence. Coordinate with data owners to make products available to order and maintain products on assignment from data owners. Support users in a professional way when they encounter master data problems. Actively cooperate with related teams/interfaces to meet the Company’s goals.

What You'll Do:

• Handle helpdesk tickets to achieve the agreed lead time.
• Accept and analyze the tickets.
• Coordinate with data owners to collect all the necessary data.
• Check data ready and maintain a master data system.
• Master data trouble reports analysis and handling.
• Escalate pending problems to the management team.
• Maintain the records in the logbook.
• Ensure the implementation of the helpdesk function.
• Close communication with internal and external interfaces for smooth and efficient master data maintenance.
• Measure KPI regularly and issue monthly reports to the team leader/manager.
• Support data owners for master data database regular checks, identify potential problems in advance and take action ahead.
• Build up competence in the master data system and product area to support order handling.

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• University degree in engineering, technology or equivalent.
• Good organizational and communication skills are a must.
• Level 6 in English (in a scale 1-10) both orally and in written.
• ERP system working experience is preferred.
