Power Amplifier Developer - New Grad (Start ASAP)

Join Ericsson's RF Power Amplifier Design team to innovate in wireless communication technology.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Participate in the design and simulation of RF power amplifier circuits.
• Assist in tuning and optimizing power amplifier performance.
• Involve in PCB layout design and circuit debugging.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design summaries.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project progress.

About You

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in microwave engineering, electromagnetic field and wireless technology, electronic information engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with basic RF circuit principles and RF power amplifier design.
• Proficiency in RF design tools such as ADS, HFSS, and MATLAB.
• Strong hands-on skills and laboratory operation experience.
• Excellent learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Relevant internship or project experience in RF design is a plus.
• Familiarity with GaN and LDMOS technologies is a plus.
