Your role

About the opportunity:

The HWC Intern's job role execute and manage purchase requests/orders, component and material import/export / domestic delivery for PDU Hardware CBC teams' responsible projects according to agreements, instructions, and Ericsson’s company policies.

What you will do:

  • Assist NPI managers to issue Purchase Request and follow the approval process
  • Issue purchase orders in the system and follow up on goods delivery for projects
  • Handle import and export and follow up on the status of projects
  • Handle domestic delivery for projects to secure on-time delivery
  • Assist NPI managers with goods reception and distribution
  • Clear all open purchase orders. Make sure all the costs are booked on time and assist finance with the payment process
  • Handle project special/urgent cases if needed

  • Once the Requisition is approved, the recruiter and manager discuss the offer details
  • A full-time offer is made to intern

About you

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work more than 4 days each week and can stay at least 6 months
  • High sense of responsibility, leadership, and independence
  • Good ability for fast learning and problem-solving

Internship acceptance criteria:

  • Current students - Students must graduate on or after the end date of the term
  • Able to complete required hours - 20 hours during school year, 40 hours during summer
  • Must qualify for hire - Must qualify for hire post-graduation
  • 3.0 GPA - Slight exceptions with manager approval
