What you'll do:
Deeply understand AI algorithms and models, and assist in designing and building a testing platform for AI models based on testing requirements
Participate in the construction of AI testing frameworks, including automation implementation of key processes such as data preprocessing, model loading, and test result analysis
Contribute to writing automated test cases, and collect and analyze test results to ensure the accuracy and performance of AI systems
Keep abreast of the latest technological developments in the AI field and apply new technologies to the construction and optimization of testing platforms
Assist in solving technical challenges encountered in the construction of testing platforms, and continuously optimize testing processes and methods
Participate in technical exchanges and sharing within the team to enhance the overall AI testing capabilities
About you
Requirements:
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with a strong interest in the AI domain
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java), with a solid foundation in programming
Understanding of basic AI principles and common algorithms, preferably with experience in AI projects such as machine learning, deep learning, and large models
Familiarity with software testing processes and methods, with in-depth understanding and experience in automated testing, preferred
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to think independently and solve problems
Strong learning and adaptation abilities, capable of quickly mastering new technologies and applying them in practical work
