What you will do
- Work with the global Radio SW team together to do the Radio SW development and secure high-quality Radio SW (Remote, M-MIMO, etc products) deliveries.
- Implement Radio SW architecture, functionality, and feature development with high quality.
- Implement Radio SW module level and node level test cases and complete the verification with high quality.
- Complete troubleshooting and verification automation changes independently.
- Develop and maintain the radio product related to our LAB environment.
- Have a customer-first mindset but still make decisions where quality is a top priority.
- Actively support and collaborate with the system, HW, integration, IV team, etc during project development.
The skills you bring
- M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science, Wireless Communication, or Electronic Engineering
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming in projects, with any language of C++or Java
- Experience with embedded software design, specific radio software development experience
- In-depth knowledge of software development, protocols, network architecture, and telecom 3GPP key technology
- Experience with Linux and testing frameworks like TestNG
- Good in English, both spoken and written
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Good problem-analysis and solving skills, ability to work independently
- Dedicated, result-oriented professional
