Your role

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in scanning and filing reimbursements.
  • Assist in invoice mailing and other matters (receiving and sending express delivery, scanning of reimbursement documents and invoices, reimbursement inventory, invoice mailing).
  • Other temporary administrative module work.

About you

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Candidates with relevant professional backgrounds and internship experience are preferred.
  • Internship for 4-5 working days per week, which can last for more than 3 months.
  • Priority will be given to those who join the company as soon as possible.
  • Careful, responsible, and serious, with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with using Office software.
