  • Human Resources Department - Training Group Intern
    • Job description
      • Operational support work for corporate in-house training, including but not limited to courseware preparation, material printing, student notification, attendance confirmation, travel arrangements, attendance records, on-site Q&A, questionnaire evaluation summary, etc.
      • Software and hardware equipment and material management of the training centre.
      • Course promotion copywriting, Chinese-English translation.
      • Provide auxiliary support for employees' professional examinations.
  • Human Resources Department - Campus Recruitment Group Intern
    • Job description
      • Responsible for the daily work of the campus recruitment group, assisting in recruitment work, including resume screening, initial telephone communication, etc.
      • Prepare interview materials for the campus recruitment group, receive interviews, collect interview feedback, etc.
      • Assist in organizing campus recruitment activities, such as briefing sessions, campus open days, etc.
