Your role

The job description and job responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist in the creative expression of business vision and participate in the co-creation process of business vision.
• Assist in the communication design of the workshop, including the main visual and extended materials, customized design thinking canvas, and collaboration with graphic recorders to design the way of communicating business vision.
• Assist in the experience design of the workshop, including the design of a customer-centric experience journey, co-creation activities, and collaborative methods.
• Assist in the daily operation of the innovation center, pre-workshop, on-site, and post-workshop activity support.

About you

Job requirements:

• Have certain visual communication and poster creation capabilities, can use AdobeAl, PS, and other design tools, and carry out poster design and material extension under guidance.
• Understand the basic principles of design thinking, understand design thinking collaboration tools, and be able to adjust the design thinking canvas tools according to the usage scenarios under guidance.
• Have strong execution capabilities and can quickly implement the relevant responsibilities of the operation workshop.
• Understand experience design and be able to design user journeys and experience links under guidance.
