Your role

Job responsibilities:

  • Use Excel and other Office tools to perform basic data processing
  • Assist in organizing and classifying contract documents according to the requirements of superiors
  • Daily maintenance of contracts, provided to project teams as needed
  • Assist in completing some information processing and collection work of operations
  • Internal operation management team position, not involved in customer communication, market research, etc.

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2024 or later
  • Internship for more than 4 days a week, internship for more than 6 months
  • Strong learning ability, careful, quick thinking, and smart candidates. Have certain analysis and summary ability
  • Good coordination and communication skills must be proficient in using MS Office-Excel, and PPT, and proficient in using various Excel formulas
