Registration Management Department Intern (Jan 2025)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Assist in the issuance of reports and management of company seals.  
• Support the annual inspection and qualification renewal for the firm and CPAs, managing related documents.  
• Maintain and update company and external institution system reporting.  
• Complete other tasks assigned by the project team on time.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance and taxation.  
• Proficiency in English reading and writing, and skilled in office software.  
• A responsible attitude, team spirit, adaptability to high-intensity work, and willingness to work overtime.  
• Availability for an internship starting February 2025 (after the Spring Festival), for at least 3 months, and at least 4 days per week.
