Strategy and Transaction Consulting Internship (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Provide full-process consulting services to troubled enterprises and their stakeholders (creditors, investors, financial institutions and regulatory agencies, etc.), including:

• Independent business review
• Economic restructuring
• Restructuring plan designation
• Capital and operation supervision
• Performance improvement and transformation consulting
• Court-designated bankruptcy restructuring
• Liquidation work

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Have strong stress resistance and excellent execution ability
• Professional background in finance, taxation, law, finance, etc. is preferred
• Have excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Be more adaptable to long-term project site support
• Bachelor's degree and above

Training & development

If you want to experience working in the professional services field, meet real clients, and participate in project practice, you are welcome to join the Ernst & Young Internship Program. In gaining practical work experience and professional training, you will have the opportunity to review your knowledge and skills and understand which abilities are required for work. Note that this is a guaranteed full-time internship from August 2024 to September 2024.

If you perform well during the internship, you will have the opportunity to be invited to participate in the partner interview after the internship and win an invitation to a full-time job at Ernst & Young.
