Your role

Job Description:

  • Support and execute user-centric campaigns, including user feedback collection, user experience improvement initiatives, etc.  
  • Assist the User Operations Manager to develop user communication strategies across various platforms
  • Work closely with the product team to understand user behavior, and develop specific metrics for performance tracking and strategy improvement.  
  • Support user-related projects, and provide insights through user interviews and workshops
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks, like meeting minutes recording, payment, and follow-ups

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

  • Major in Business, Marketing, and Communication related fields preferred  
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, experience in user operations is preferred  
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese
  • MS Office (Excel, PPT) skills
  • Knowledge of general product understanding in the premium automotive market
  • Basic marketing knowledge (ATL, BTL, social, digital, and PR)  
  • Attention to detail and agile sense of trends
  • Dare to question the status quo  
  • Active team player with a strong sense of responsibility

Training & development
