Support and execute user-centric campaigns, including user feedback collection, user experience improvement initiatives, etc.
Assist the User Operations Manager to develop user communication strategies across various platforms
Work closely with the product team to understand user behavior, and develop specific metrics for performance tracking and strategy improvement.
Support user-related projects, and provide insights through user interviews and workshops
Coordinate daily administrative tasks, like meeting minutes recording, payment, and follow-ups
About you
To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:
Major in Business, Marketing, and Communication related fields preferred
Bachelor’s degree is required, experience in user operations is preferred
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese
MS Office (Excel, PPT) skills
Knowledge of general product understanding in the premium automotive market
Basic marketing knowledge (ATL, BTL, social, digital, and PR)
Attention to detail and agile sense of trends
Dare to question the status quo
Active team player with a strong sense of responsibility
