Your role

The Business Office Intern will assist the Governance & Business Office Manager at The Durant Guild with the following roles and responsibilities: 

  • Assist in contractor recruitment processes
    • Post job openings, collect resumes, and schedule interviews.
    • Conduct thorough data analysis on the recruitment process timeline to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efficiency.
    • Utilize statistical tools to analyze supplier performance metrics.
  • Support contractor onboarding procedures
    • Coordinate onboarding procedures for new contractors. 
    • Facilitate contractor email, laptop, and access card applications. 
    • Provide essential support and resources for seamless contractor integration into the organization.
  • Assist in other project management and office administration tasks
    • Contribute to various project management and office administration duties as required.

About you

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, with proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Excel and a focus on data analysis tools like Power BI and SQL.
  • An academic background in statistical analysis or relevant internship experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Availability for a substantial internship period, committing to at least 4 days per week.
