Your role

What you'll do:

  • Mainly support community operation, data export, data analysis, and maintenance, daily/monthly operation report preparation, and follow-up
  • Support and execute user-centric campaigns, including user feedback collection, user experience improvement initiatives, etc
  • Work closely with external agencies on operation data/report relevant topics
  • Coordinate community administrative tasks, like process operation, meeting minutes, and follow-ups

About you

  • Skilled in office software (especially Excel); SPSS; or other statistic software
  • Responsible and positive in attitude
