About the Division

Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking teams deliver high-quality strategic advice and creative financing solutions to its clients, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and risk management transactions.

On any given day, their work could include advising a company on a cross-border merger, structuring the initial public offering of a subsidiary, refinancing an outstanding bond, and more.

About the Program

For this role, you will be fully immersed in the firm’s day-to-day activities. 

As a participant, you will:

• Attend orientation where you’ll learn about the firm’s culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm
• Receive training designed to help you succeed
• Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and its people

About You

The Summer Associate Program is a nine to ten-week summer internship for students pursuing an advanced degree such as MBA, JD, MD, or LLM.
