Business Track - Global Outperformer Trainee (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Participate in a two-year program focusing on customer-centric business strategies.
• Work as an account manager or field engineer for 12 months in your home country.
• Engage in a 3-month operational project in your home country.
• Contribute to a 6-month strategic project at regional headquarters.
• Undertake a 3-month international strategic project in another region.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A master's degree in engineering, business administration, or international management.
• Multilingual skills, fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin/Japanese/Korean.
• International experience from work or studies, with 3 months to 2 years in a professional environment.
• A passion for learning, maturity, assertiveness, curiosity, and dedication.
• Flexibility, strong communication and social skills, and the ability to inspire others.
• International mobility and appreciation for diverse cultural experiences.
