Finance Track - Global Outperformer Trainee (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Serve 12 months as an account manager in your home country.
• Spend 2 months on local accounting in your home country.
• Engage in a 4-month regional finance project at regional headquarters.
• Participate in a 6-month strategic financial project in another region.

About You

Candidates should possess the following:

• A master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or international management.
• Multilingual proficiency, fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin/Japanese/Korean.
• International experience, with 3 months to 2 years in a professional setting.
• A passion for learning, maturity, assertiveness, curiosity, and dedication.
• Flexibility, strong communication and social skills, and the ability to inspire others.
• International mobility and appreciation for diverse cultural experiences.
