Active Part & Clts Assembler (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Learn and master skills in body assembly processes, including core preparation, coil assembly, and pressing.  
• Perform insert operations, upper yoke tightening, lead connection, paper wrapping, switch assembly, and auxiliary testing.  
• Master active part assembly processes, including winding loading, mounting press, and tap changer assembly.  
• Ensure safe operation of all tooling and equipment throughout the assembly process.  
• Maintain and fill quality inspection cards and six sigma cards timely.  
• Complete 5S tasks as arranged by each shift.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Technical school education or equivalent, with knowledge of mechanical drawing preferred.  
• Ability to quickly adapt to winding assembly tasks under guidance.  
• Capability to perform high-altitude operations with strong safety awareness.  
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.  
• Good health, with no contraindications to high-altitude or high-frequency operations.
