Your Role

Your responsibilities:

• To study & master the skill of all processes of active part assembly and enable to work alone.
• The process is cover and not limited to preparation work before winding loading, mounting press, upper yoke blading, and tightening, tap leads connection by HF brazing and crimping, tap changer assembly, cleaning to completed AP, and supporting to ratio test hold by the quality engineer
• Responsible for the safe running of all equipment, facilities, and tools in process operation.
• To accept and implement 5s tasks arranged by each shift.
• Responsible for timely maintenance and filling of quality inspection cards throughout the entire process of body assembly.

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• Technical school or equivalent education with primary knowledge & ability in mechanical drawing is preferred
• Ability to quickly adapt to all processes and operations relate to AP assembly tasks under guidance/coaching by an appointed senior operator. 
• Ability to perform high-altitude operations and safety awareness
• Good communication skills and lesson-learning ability especially after mistakes.
• Able to work under 3 shits per day and in holidays. Also, accept any day in a week to be as a weekend.
• Good attitude of working and communication
• Good acceptance of task allocation
• Good teamwork and flexibility in developing journeys. 
• Good health without any restricted diseases such as heart disease/headache fainting at height, Meniere's disease, etc. which conflict with work at height and HF brazing.
